With this new feature, users can hover over and right-click ANY outside number within CellHawk to get the carrier and subscriber information. Information about the phone number is returned within seconds.
Right Click to see:
- Subscriber Info – Identifies the possible subscriber
- Name and Address – Identifies the name and address associated with the number
- Deconfliction Status – Identifies if another user has searched the same number
- Phone Carrier – Identifies the current carrier
- Compliance Center Info – Provides the compliance center info.
- Preservation Letter Template – One-click link to Preservation Letter
- Search Warrant Template – One-click link to Search Warrant template
Intelligent Search: CellHawk’s search feature can now be used to enter a phone number, address or latitude/longitude. CellHawk will determine which it is and provide the appropriate results.
Better Sprint: We’ve updated CellHawk to include the time zones of all Sprint’s newest towers to ensure accurate time zone adjustments.
More Cellebrite: MMS & SMS reports are now supported in addition to Call Log and Location History, which were already supported.
Remember Map Settings: CellHawk will now “remember” your last map settings (zoom factor, center of your map & base layer) and display the map exactly that way next time you log in. Log in and check it out!
