Bradley murder trial: FBI agent provides details on phone records

 A convicted killer is heading back to prison for another murder. The jury found James Bradley guilty of 2nd degree murder for the death of Shannon Rippy Van Newkirk. An FBI Agent testified as a cell phone expert. He pulled cell phone records from Bradley, Van Newkirk, and others involved in the case. He explained to the jury where each of those people was the night Van Newkirk went missing.

Cell Phone Evidence Presented, Questioned in Baby Doe Trial

The defense worked to poke holes Thursday in the testimony of a State Police Sergeant, who said that cell phone call records put Michael McCarthy in the area of Boston Harbor.

Sgt. David Crouse, an expert for the prosecution, was questioned about calls made by McCarthy’s phone on June 26, 2015. He said those calls pinged at cell phone towers near Boston Harbor, where the body of Bella Bond was tossed.
